meth0dical will become famous soon enough
audioslave

this band is great...it's pretty much rage against the machine minus zach de la rocha plus chris cornell from soundgarden, but their sound is TOTALLY different. if you havent heard them, check out like a stone, or cochise.

I'm still deciding whether or not I like them...... I loved RATM, but hated everything from Soundgarden except Badmotorfinger and their first EP.

Tom Morello's bass just doesn't sound near as funky with Cornell's scratchy ass vocals in the background. I have the cd... maybe I should listen to it a few more times. I haven't even given it a very good shot.

I'll get back to ya.... :c-tard:

but yeah good sound except the vocals so dont suite it, they need to drop that soundgarden dork with smokers voice and get another hip-hop influenced singer person guy then they would be good again

then it would be rage against the machine again, not audioslave. chris cornell brings a new sound that matches the calibur of the rest of the band. dont forget, the style is different, the point of his "smokers voice" is so that they're not labelled as the new ratm

My mistake..... it's Tim Bob on bass. No matter how much I've ever listened to RATM I've always gotten it mixed up time and again.......

on a reverse note, Zach has been making way better hip hop now that he's not with RATM anymore. they had a wicked sound, but lately the good mr. De La Rocha's raps have been really shining in a pure hip hop sense. mmmm, angry flows.

Audioslave is part of Lollapalooza this year. Yes. Lollapalooza is making a comeback this year. Not sure if they'll be in Vancouver yet though. I'm hoping so, because The Donna's have just been added to the Lollapalooza tour too.
