I remember playing this crazy Italian mob death song in highschool.
Really emotionally heavy lower brass and percussion that leads 2/3's of it. Unfortunately I can't remember the name or composer. Last edited by Goat; Nov 13, 04 at 01:00 PM. |

moonlight sonata is nice
when i was alot younger my parents made me goto the orpheum with the family to watch the symphony once a month with all these old pretentious people and it really killed my liking for classical music... i hated sitting there on a friday or saturday night for hours, each piece having 4-5 movements, each movement being about half a fuckin hour long... then when they finish playing all the music on the program and you're happy that the show finally over, you gotta sit down again cuz the performers decide to give the old people a treat and play more music.... ugghhh.... it was a nightmare |

The moonlight sonata is beautiful, I'm also a big fan of Vivaldi, I love all of the pieces I've heard by him.
Lately I've been trying to dig up baroque music and I found a piece by Handel, Bach, Corelli, Purcell and Vivaldi, it's a baroque guitar quartet that's just great. |

I listen to classical, not often - I go through moments.
Massenet's Thais, Liszt Piano concerto 1 and 2 Mozart, symphony 25 and 40, Violin Concerto 3,5 Prokofiev Symphony 1 Tchaikovsky Symphony 4 5 and 6 and Schubert's Piano trio have always been some of my favorites. |
