i checked ebay found a double with the track but im not paying 60bucks for one song :finger:

anybody have this kickin around id pay like 30bucks for it.

my friend bought it on Ebay for like $45
It took him like a couple months of shopping for it there to snag it at that price, but he really wanted it on vinyl.
dont give up on Ebay if you dont find it elsewhere, :shrug: it is a damn hard to find piece of wax.

It aint the beach.. that song is from HACKERS... movie release date 1995...

It was also used in Mortal Kombat at the end of the movie and in Groove as well when the party was over.

I was searching for years for this one. Funny story about this tune...

The original version of this tune (which I have) was only released on a promo only basis. "Halcyon" featured a vocal which we are all familiar with, miss jane (origanally produced by OPUS II)- It's a fine day. How ever, once Opus II found out about it they began to take legal action against the Orbital Brothers....

What would any two ex punk / electronic master minds do in a situation like this?

They took a portion of the melodic vocal, played it backwards and remixed the original Halcyon as Halcyon + on + on. It was on the Brown album ( jpg above) and was featured on the Hackers soundtrack.


so yeah play the intro to halcyon +on +on (off hackers) backwords = da da dee da da da, la la la la la laaa daa daa daa. ect..

There was a 12'' single of the "+on+on" mix released in '95 which is what Miss B is the proud owner of and I'm the proud babysitter for.

mind if I play doubles lisa?.... jk :kam:

Dood, even if you manage to find it in a store here, you're still going to pay premium for it. You might as well track it down on ebay and get it that way.

It's a classic track that no one parts with, so grab it when you get a chance.
