im trying to find the name of this track... i've heard it quite a few times, don't think its very new or anything..

but it has like some chipmunk reggae vocals before the build up starts... and also a voice that keeps repeating "down", or atleast sounds like down....
also, the music kind've reminds me of Will Smith's song, Will2K, during the chorus, when K-Ci is singing "Here we come, another year, c'mon everyone to Willenium"

i know someone out there know's what im talking about!
