*new Bjork : Vespertine*

so... i bought Vespertine, Bjork's latest, when i was downtown this evening and at this very moment i am listening to it for the first time.

so far i like!!!!

any other f+k'ers out there have the new cd? thoughts? opinions? share!!!

but i am planning on purchasing it. I love bjork...

Army of Me and Pluto are probably the best tracks (in my opinion) that she's ever put out. Human Behaviour is also quite good as well.

Is her new album a lot of like homogenic? which album of hers is it most like?

Why PlutO? It only has like 3 verses, and the rest is very cliche Mark Bell beats. It is very superb, but not the best in my opinion.

Vespertine is much more introverted in the beat programming and in the lyrics. The lyrics are tender and raw, the beats are as light as the heart beat(even some morse code is used), where as in Homogenic their is screamings, growls, and strong submergant beats.

Vespertine mostly resembles Homogenic in albums, but it is entirely different and a new era.
