Its soft porn, downtempo dnb. Total fuck music, all silk, roses, and satin. :284: GLO are kinda in a defined position, and with releases and artists like Makoto, they can can still keep the competiition at bay when delivered. Depth is pretty important in dnb, IMO. 'Liquid funk' might be a little played out at its most pedestrian - depending where you look, but i think GLO funk releases generally take it one step further, and completely too. No half stepping. Its been their game forever really. NOOKIE"S releases last year were some of my top tunes of the year.
