i like it when brits rap... it's so dope...
there's this track on the stanton warriors newer cd "the stanton sessions", it's the 3rd track... jammin - distraction (with the streets 'has it come to this' (acapella) some crazy white uk boy goin' at it... totally gets my blood flowing, hehe... it's pretty much the whole reason i had the cd sent over here to me from the uk... heh... |

shit!
u got the UK version of the CD?
they remixed their CD for the North American market apperently cuz i saw the track listings on both cd's and they are different. Soul of Man dropped jammin - distraction at Liquified, i think i was the only one that recognized it, i was harsh goin off... "orginal pirate material you're listening to the streets" WHUT WHUT!!!! |

aww man there's a NA version of it? what's the track list on that? i'm pretty sure mine's the UK version... i ordered it from the UK, it says made in england on it, now u got me paranoid... i love how it goes from jammin - distraction, to mr reds - can u feel it, with the busta rhymes vocals in there... those 2 tracks are like a freakin' blitzkreig for my mind... "one time for ya muthafuckin' mind, come on" ... sadly i barely make it thru the whole cd... it's basically track 2,3,4 that carry all the energy... the rest is pretty dry... with the occasional necessary pick up every here and there... but honestly, the cd was worth $30 being imported to me... actually cheaper than 1/2 the imports at virgin or hmv or wherever... |

#10 (on my cd) is a freakin' anthem man... download it somewhere, it's got that catchy bassline, and it's mixed really well by the warriors...
and my #14 isn't that great... it's really mellow, not quite ambient or anything... but filled with *blips*, and sorta of drops a little progressive latin flavor into it in the end, really soft for garage... not one of the better tracks... |
