The best way to do this is start making mix tapes and afterwards when you listen to them your ears will develop and your hearing will be more focused and precise. :D:

I so agree.
i used to find that if u jus kept the fader in the middle and kept the volume up and matched that way it helps alot too...

Hear hear, I record every mix I make to my computer and then play back all of the sections where I'm mixing in the next tune. Works perfectly and gives you a great idea of what you're doing wrong.

Thats what I did..

I bought a Mindisc dec and recorded every set I did when I was learning..

then listened to the set on my way to work.. then on my way home... then erased the MD and put a new mix on for the next day.

Those wrecks will hurt so bad that when you come home you wont do THAT again.
