Info on Torrent/Azureus???

I just downloaded Azureus and I'm trying to get used to the whole torrent file thing.

I don't have much of an understanding how it works so I'm hoping someone on here might. Anyone know much about this???

Any info would be appreciated... I'm kinda lost at the moment. :)
