R U & Singer & MC? Looking for replacement

My friends hip-hop group is looking for a 3rd member. We are thinking about cutting the 3rd member because of his lack of dedication. We're looking for a rnb singer who can rhyme. We want someone that fits our style. No underground MC's, we're not looking for that. Looking for a rnb/urban style.

We do all the recording at a friends house with a Imac, Pro Tools and Mbox. We have access to a school studio every few weeks and just finished recording a track.
