There is no easy "simple program" to master a mix. However, for a good sound check out Soundforge and learn to use some of the plugins. Use a reverb to add some "umphh" to the sound and then use a compression pluging to bring up the bass.

I've been using Peak 4 ever since I got my powerbook, but revolver named some good ones , t-racks I am especially fond of because its an all in one program which obviously equates in more compatible engineering with the units, its lets you setup your own chains and is pretty solid ... I'll prolly pick it up soon cause its just been announced for OS X

I've tried a lot of software - but my current mastering technique is to use Soundforge for compression and normalization, until it sounds nice and loud, and then "Ozone" from iZotope (http://www.izotope.com) to add the extra sparkle. I haven't ever seen anything that sounds as good but is still so very easy to use! Instant gratification - not free though.

easiest to use mastering program that actually makes things sound good is called t-racks. It has eq, compression, multiband limiting, all in one package, with plenty of great presets.
