THX 4 way, Turbo Sound or something compareable. Basically standard concert riggs.

soma will become famous soon enough
There are three sizes of PAs which are used by promoters in this city.

1. Active speaker set up

A stereo sound setup of speakers with built in amps, mostly used for monitoring or for small parties. These set ups are easy as hell to set up and always sound good. They are just not big party sound.

2. BC room at the plaza.

2 to 3 mid/hi speaker design on top of 2 to 4 bass bins on each side of the stage. Masterplan normally uses the TX set up for this which is very similar to a high school dance sized sound system. This is about 1800 w per bass bin and 500 to 620 w for each mid hi depending if they are bi amped. So a 6 x 4 of TX, (BC room set up) is normally about 10,000w of passive sound.

3. Plaza main room.

Now this set up will change at every party masterplan will often use their Adamson’s sx system.
Which is similar to the TX set up but much bigger and much bolder in sound.
This is the high end big concert sound that we all know and love. This rig has been used at many of the summer love events and a great number of other out door big summer parties over the last few years.
