It sounds like you're definitely into the bastard mix of stuff called 'new wave' - I call it a bastard mix because there's so many different groups lumped into that category...but I definitely listen to a ton of that stuff, here's some bands:
Blondie, Talking Heads, The Cars, Duran Duran, New Order, Adam and the Ants, The B-52's, Book of Love, The Clash, Culture Club, Elvis Costello, Devo, The Eurythmics, Erasure, The Gogos, The Pet Shop Boys, Tears for Fears, Joy Division, The Damned, Dead Milkmen, The Pretenders.. I'm probably missing a ton of artists in that list, but you'll probably want to check out a lot from those groups.

Furthermore: Gary Numan - Cars (actually, anything by Gary Numan rocks. I have a friend actually punched someone in the face because he said Gary Numan sucked.) Wall of Voodoo - Mexican Radio Tears for Fears - Shout Parachute Club - Rise Up Billy Idol - ANYTHING!!!! (Dancing With Myself, White Wedding and Mony Mony especially though) Eurythmics - Sweet Dreams Thomas Dolby - She Blinded Me With Science Soft Cell - Tainted Love XTC - Anything (Senses Working Overtime being one of my favourites) The Buggles - Video Killed The Radio Star Pete Shelley - Homosapien Robert Palmer - (anything) Frankie Goes To Hollywood - Relax, Welcome to the Pleasuredome, Two Tribes, and a bunch of others. Relatively underrated often as a one hit wonder. Re-Flex - The Politics of Dancing Taco - Puttin' On The Ritz Michael Jackson - the entire Thriller Album. Bad was decent. Power Station - Get It On (Bang a Gong) Flock of Seagulls - I Ran Run DMC - ANYTHING (my personal favs: It's Tricky, Rock Box, King Of Rock, Walk This Way, Run's House (SAY WHUT?), My Adidas, Peter Piper) That should give you a good start.
