Shure WhiteLables?!?!

So I bought these things and they skip like hell!!!

I thought these things were suposed to be the best for tracking ( skip resistance )?!?

Does anyone have these and had this problem? Have you been able to fix it? Is there a certain "magical" setting for the turntables/cartridge?!?!

If you have the answer please let me know cause at the moment I feel like I have wasted my money on really crapy cartridges

what's your weight setting at?

also, i think on the whitelabels you can adjust the front cartridge part so can point down at more of an angle.. maybe you can adjust that?

Read the manual that comes with them. It gives you step-by-step instructions on how to perfectly configure your whites.

Mine work beautifully and require so little weight

Sean, they have to be setup exactly as the manual says otherwise they are useless - as Richard mentioned.

i bring these to every gig, I use FS, I use normal vinyl on various setups.

Ive never once had a problem with skipping, unless the cartridge is near dead..

I don't think setup is the problem, keep your records clean! =).
