juss go to the audiogalaxy site and download the satellite. they fixed whatever was wrong with it before. i had the same problem too.

Mine isn't working either!! Same problem and I tried downloading it again and it still doesn't work. :( And of course at the moment I am in the middle of making a few cd's and need a ton of songs!!
