Just wondering if someone has a contact email for this place
There "Customer Service" area on there website is broken so I have no way of informing them of an order that has not arrived ( been over 20 days ). Also has anyone delt with these people in terms of shipments not arriving? Do they re-ship with a big hassle like Chemical Records do? Anyways if any one can help that would be awsome cheers :c-tard: |

Yes, their samples do rock. I don't know of any other website that posts the entire track plus remixes on their site. Its absolutely awesome when you're not sure about new releases. Hey Sean, I had a problem similar to yours a few days ago, except the didn't know whether my order had confirmed or not. It took them three days to get back to me and that was a day after the order arrived at my doorstep COD. :p Make sure they verify that you havn't been charged before attempting to reorder. As far as reshipping goes, I'm not at all sure, like I said my order eventually arrived after 6 business days. Its odd that your order would take so long as they supposedly ship same day of your order. Good Luck, dude!

DetN8R:.....i've been using that email to get ahold of them. I've sent them about 5 emails to that address.....but no luck all of them have not got any replies:(....... I' don't know looks like Only-djs.com sees "Customer Service" as being a very low priority in their list which is not right to me. Thanks again everyone |

hey just a heads up,i had an order lost by onlydjs last month,the reason being they had to change shippers because airborne express went out of business.when they did the change over to rapid air they started to have multiple problems.my order was lost so i contacted pascal(dj presicion)he did everything in his power to track it down to no avail.so what they did for me was re ship my order minus the one`s that were no longer in stock.i made sure they used DHL for the second shipment,got it in 5 days.now i know DHL is alot more expensive but it`s well worth it.i would recommend not to use rapid air again(they`re a nightmare)onlydjs provided me with some special pricing i now get because of all the problems.if you need help with your order you can pm me the order # and i`ll contact pascal for you and try to find out what`s going on.

The customer service center on their website has been down for weeks if not months. Sean, I don't know why they havn't responded to your email inquiries, as I said they responded to me shortly after my complaint w/o an order number, just my username. Sorry you're having troubles, man. Wish I knew what was going on w/ them, I was just about to place another order with them... btw, if there's anything else you wanted from there lemme know.
