i heard the new tune... pretty dope! i'd kinda written them off after their last couple of albums... but if the one tune is any indication, the new one should be a slammer.

Beastie Boys is one of the groups that brought hip hop into the light a long time ago. ya its true their old shit is wicked, better then their new music perhaps. im not really a hip hop fan but i like beastie boys and im not gonna have a stick up my ass about the fact that they will never sound like they used to again. they only sound different because hip hop has changed and the music has to change accordingly to go with the times. if your a fan it really wont kill you to support them and at least listen to it to find out what it sounds like. dont just sit there and go "im not going to like it because i choose to be difficult about everything and have nothing but negativity to offer" the point is if your a real fan, you'll take the time to at least listen to it and make your decision based on what you heard.

Go Beastie Boys.... im sure it wont ruin my life to shell out 14 bucks for this cd even if its half assed.

the first Time i did e, i went to a beastie boys lazer show at the planetarium. oh wait, no, it was the second Time.

beastie boys have always been changing their music. i remember watching them performing in a rock video before they went to hip hop.
