Hmm... the only thing he should use samples for is percusion. If he wants vocals... tell him to search up "accapella" on Soulseek or something. Vocal samples that arn't singing should be found on your own though.

Also... I have a pretty big collection of drum samples from just about every Roland drum machine ever made

Really tho, tell him to make his own samples - at the end of the day, it's MUCH more satisfying to look at something you've made and know that it's 100% yours...
