My mix is horribly shit. Nothing a little reverb wont fix though.

if i throw in track markers at the right time.. Is it possible to edit that single track?

my left deck went ape shit and decided not to boost the bass

your left deck or left channel of your mixer??? Last time I checked Tech's don't come with eq's ;)
There is such a thing as "punching in" mixes and alot of DJ's do it. Hyper did an interview awhile ago on his Bedrock breaks mix and addressed this very issue. It is possible to re-do the mix and cut and paste it in but it is tricky...levels, speed etc must be exact and it is better if you cut at the exact bar etc or else it sounds doctored.
Reverb will never fix your ability to mix...... in my most humble opinion just re-mix the whole cd.
As for your deck......maybe it needs a check up

sounds like a mixer problem. Either the RIAA switch craped out, the variable resistor that is the bass knob isn't so "variable" anymore. or needle issues.
