I've been playing with "Tracktion". Definitely worth a look. The "collaboration" features are pretty sweet, and it does a bunch of acid-ish stuff but a whole lot more too. Also it's pretty cheap.

acid pro is the SHIT!
its awsome for quick loops and spec changes...
do you have all the acid loops?
