Antoine Clamaran - Feel It

A blatant rip-off of Junior Jack's Da Hype but I still like the guitar riff! Can't argue Junior Jack copied Dave Armstrong's Make A Move, cheeky copycats!!

and junior jack's da hype is actually ripped off an old giorgio moroder track.

but ya the track is sick! i do however like the the non-vocal mix, the flex mix is pretty hype too.

That's thing about funky/disco house... everything is recycled. The funny thing is that it's the records that have recognizable samples from 70's and 80's tunes that go over best and sell the most copies (IMO) so it's no suprise that producers keep doing it. Guess that can be attributed to the remix theory... people like to hear music they know, and lose it on the dancefloor when a remix of thier favorite rock, disco or whateva tune comes on. Unfortunately that doesn't help much with the progression/evolution of electronic music and the creation of new sounds.

I might be wrong, but did Giorgio Moroder not do the soundtrack for Scarface?
