If you guys like that type of music try lookin up some underground eastoakland rappers or bay area rappers, like Black Dynasty(best song is Deep Eastoakland orginal mix), Spice 1, Mac Dre, Young Dru, Dru Down, there is this one rapper called Deltron 3030 that is fuckin amazing he raps like he's in the year 3030 its so cool.

umm.. u mean... Del The Funkee Homosapien... One of his albums is called Deltron 3030. The man is SICK... just straight up sick.. But I'd be hard pressed to call that gangster rap..

Best gangsta rap would have to be anything for the Death Row times or Westside Connection.

and "lights out", but i can't figure out who they are directed at.
