I always thought Trent Reznor was overrated. He's a great songwriter, and I do like some stuff he's done, but in the grand scheme of things & considering the era of music and industrial music he came from, there were tons of better artists. He brought pop music to the industrial equation, and the rest is history.
Not that that means much. I'll stop hating. He's aiight, but... |

where u at the fragility tour at GM place... when he jumped into the crowd and then appeared on stage with a piano in front of him to play one of his interludes for the albulm.. then they did starfuckers and much more as an encore? probably the more memorable concert i've been too.. so personal.. so emotional.. very well done.. i smoked a phat doob and sat back and enjoyed.. it was by far the vest thing i ever did... say what u well about trent reznor but im very excited for this next albulm..,. the song "something i can never have" is by far the the song that best describes the point in my life i have been lving for a long time.. no song better describes me... trent is a genius, still got my fragility tour t-shirt... i dont care if i seem like a hopeless groupie.. i love his music.. been listening since i was a shroom head in highschool.. still listen to all the albulms... this music has played a pivotal role in my upbringing through highschool and beyond. his torment was my torment. only other bands i feel so strongely about are.. nirvana, tool, oldskool smashing pumpkins Last edited by decypher; Jul 15, 04 at 06:47 PM. |

another memorable concert was manson at the orphium theatre last year. Even God would say that kicked ass. |

The smashing pumpkins only ever put out one good album; that album was siamese dream.
After that billy corgan just began to annoy the fuck out of me. As for memorable manson shows, I remember seeing him on the antichrist superstar tour at the forum, one of the best stage shows I've seen to date. |
