yeah i have no idea when it's from either.

if you wanna go way back, then i pick Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five - The Message.

i know it's an obvious choice, but it's so dope. you know the producer has done something right when you can listen to their song 20 million times and never get sick of it.

'backbone' was maestro's first single, it was out years before his album finally dropped on LMR. it probably came out 88-89. the lo-budg video was on muchmusic when i was in highschool, and i'm old.
