the sound card has to be able to do it

if you have a sound blaster live you should be able to do it... just set the record input to "everything you hear"... you can do it on the creative recorder

i use streambox VCR, takes care of all formats i think

it connects to the site, and downloads the file completely.. in original format.. then u can convert or do whatever u want with it

There... thats a list of all sorts of free ones that you can use to save streaming audio or video

only thing with download.com alot of them well start recording like a few minutes of whatever ur trying to record, then it'll stop and be like "BUY ME" streambox vcr is free..
