It was bound to happen at some stage and here it is…

This intelligent, complex and well thought-out mix comes from the guys who have brought you dance music from the other side. Pioneers of their sound Hybrid have managed to produce a Y4K that incorporates some of the most cutting edge breaks with beautifully melodic orchestrations. Subtle vocals and strings sit amongst some of the grittiest breaks around. A true testament of the Hybrid sound. As they continue to mature so too does the Hybrid sound.

The tracklist proves to be very interesting with classic tracks from The Chemical Brothers and FSOL sitting amongst Hybrid exclusives as well big tracks from Orbital, Gus Gus and Y4K favourite Andy Page who features twice on this mix in collaboration with Lee Burridge and Phil K. All in all this promises to be one of the stronger Y4K releases and one that any breaks or progressive fan should have in their collection, and in addition to this, the album will be released in an unmixed 3x12 form featuring all the exclusive Hybrid tracks off the album, and also including a bonus remix of Hybrid's 'Higher Than A Skyscraper' by Satoshi Tomiie making this one essential for your DJ box also.
