Anyone heard of Astral Projection?

I just heard them for the first time a couple weeks ago and have been in love with them ever since. They are almost gothy....I dunno, in a way trance, in a way DnB - but definantly darker type music.

there great - I'd llooovvveee to see them live. But it doesnt look like they plan to play anywhere near here anytime soon.

they make sweet songs out of the weirdest of noises that you wouldnt normally hear, which is one of the reasons why there soo unique and sooo good.

if you guys get a chance totally check them out. wikid group of electronica!

my "Crew" and I got to talk to them, mr robb pepperhomo got his record signed..

They're not drum and bass.. sorry but you dont know your electronic.

what they play is Psychedelic Trance (Aka GOA)

they've been around for a long ass time.. first electronic i ever heard.

follow the goa trance and other forms of "weird noise" electronic and blammo.. you will understand electronic music to its fullest and you'll be able to put away the mainstream crap.

I really wish they would have done more than dj their tracks off cubase at that show... but a fine duo indeed regardless... now infected mushroom... THEY know how to put on a show...

and yes, I guruntee you I know my electronica better then you do.
but some of their stuff can have a bit of a bassy edge - and no its not all whistles and noise so its not quite completely dnb and not quite completely trance. so yeah, notice the edgyness in how I called it.
or.....try and notice the text that is typed I should say, I know its a difficult concept.

DnB has a Break Beat... Trance does not... PsyTrance; ie Astral Projection is therefore not really like DnB at all. :)

I guess your right in the sense its not dnb at all - I never actually said they were dnb, I said theere in almost 'in a way' had a dnb edge - but good point, they are fully psytrance
