Help buying dj equipment

Hey all, I a beginner dj and honestly know nothing about what are good decks and such. I found this deal for two stanton Str8-60 turntables and a Stanton RM3 mixer for $US 250. Is this a good deal? Is this gear any good? Thanks for the help!

if you're serious about it......don't get anything but Technics......or high quality Numark. Just not worth it.

Sounds like a decent deal to me. Then if you decide Djing ain't for you, you didn't spend an arm and a leg.

But you will also have a hell of a time trying to sell these things if you decide you do and want to upgrade...

At least Technics hold their value and are fairly easy to sell.
