Hey Guys, Coming to Vancouver!
Hey Guys, My Name is Steve May, I'm from melbourne Australia. i'm back out to canada at the start of febuary to do another ski season at sunshine village in banff. however if possible i'd love to check out what vancouver has to offer before i jump on a bus and go to alberta.
whats the progressive house music scene like in vancouver? i spent 2 months in toronto last year and met the crew at release records and that was pretty cool. good choons out there. anyways i'm bring all my tunes over to canada with me (after banff i'm off to london and holland to visit mates), so if there is any chance of playing any gigs, i'd love to hear from you: may.steve (at) gmail.com i play progressive, breaks etc. have held a monthly residency in melbourne along side orther residents Luke Chable, Jono Fernandez, Keltec and Mangan (3beat breaks), Sean Quinn (progression) and jamie stevens (from in fusion) + more! have had guest spots in brisbane, and have an australia day-eve party in adelaide supporting Luke chable on the 25th january. i have a record out currently called "open day" it was featured on Hernan cattaneo's renaissance cd, anthony pappa's balance cd, has support from all the big guys (sasha, digweed, lisle, sander k,) . this tune is on EQ Grey records. My Friend Luke did the remix for the b-side. I have another record called "blend Forty-3" due out at the end of january, test pressings have just arrived of this. this record is on Baroque records. You'll love this city.... you're coming when the weather sucks mind you! :) Vancouver is a world class city with TONS to offer on all fronts from music to recreation. Hope your stay goes well!
