On NYE 2005, the first in a series of compilations from my .Rekap. Label will be made available for 10$. The cd will feature around ten tracks produced by Thomas Mezey, all tantalizing offerings. What's more, the CD will include a never before released track by ultra skilled, and fellow Montrealer producer David Knecht, the veteran production half of the CanadaFunk team, and former studio partner w/ Montreal's Couch Potatoes which was comprised of Aria resident Nic B and producer Jean-Michel Lapointe.

From funky house pieces to some creative works, you'll get a sampling of whats to come from Rekap Records in 2005, which should see a limited vinyl release as well.

The CD will be available at performances and can be recieved by e-mailing loudpumpinbeatz@hotmail.com, and a few should be in some stores soon enough.

another Dave Knecht track is a late addition to the compilation, this guy is one of the best up and coming young producers in Montreal. Huge Funk !

Thanks to anyone who bought a copy of the compilation. It was a big success, and I'm aleady working on tracks for Volume 2 of the ongoing CanadaFunk cd series.
