help recording an internet streem

is there a way to record off an internet stream.. i would like to record my set while i play on the radio......

Some sound cards have a "What You Hear" Option for setting up your record input. Or Line In, cause Im assuming you have your mixer hookd up to your computer in order for you to broadcast

you want to record from the internet or from the radio?
either way, total recorder is a simple tool. if youre recording from the radio, you use Line In as your setting, if you're recording from the internet, use What You Hear as your setting.

you can also use soundforge or cool edit, but those programs are heavy on your resources and are very expensive, but allow you to do many things total recorder cant do
