^ if you're talking about local DJs lacking showmanship, i wholeheartedly agree but I think the crowd response to big acts and shows is usually pretty good here...

yeah that comment was directed towards the local scene, and more so the local massive rave scene

the crowd could really care less about what music is being played or what the dj is doing for that matter. lol blame it on the drugs

meh - it's better than the top40 scene - those people care about hte music - only if it's the same song they've heard on the radio 27 times that day... and god forbid if the DJ tries to mix more than 4 bars of a song...

those people like what they hear on the radio cuz that's there only input to the music.
it's the same for the average raver who only knows tracks because they were played at the last rave.
