death from above 1979 hottest NA dnb act?
in this weeks georgia straight under a straight choices burb in the music section...
"Remember when dance music was all about some guy fiddling with a turntable while digging through a crate of records? How quickly things have changed. These days the hottest drum 'n' bass act in North America is Death From Above 1979, a toronto two-piece consisting of Jess F Keeler on the four-string and Sebastien Grainger on traps and vocals." what teh fuck is that crap? |

Death from Above 1979 rock the spot. I like em.
They're more dnb than Andy C, ya dig? Don't front. hehe. They're a "drum & bass act" simply because those are the only two instruments Death From Above play, Drums & Bass - aside from a bit of synth. I heard they're doin a tune with Skibadee. That'd be dope. |

Skiba would do anything for $$. A tour through Ontario with Death From Above would get him another demographic outside of the usual TO dnb pap. He needs to branch out, grow his hair longer and go all the fuck out. Ya know?
