if you didn't know Michael and his band are fucking incredible and I heard from a few sources they tore the crowd apart at the blues and roots festival in Byron Bay two weeks ago.

and Xavier Rudd is probably one of the most talented musicians I have ever seen.

They play during the day for both shows and the braveart show is on at the same time. Featuring some world renowned artists.

I saw Xavier open for Michael Franti in October of last year then saw Xavier again in February. Both were unbelievable shows.

If I didn't have exams I would make the trip to Whistler no doubt... damn school.

Xavier rudd is touring with Jack Johnson right now in Australia.

Apparently the big rumour in whistler is will jack come and play with xavier next sunday??? I don't think thats going to happen judging by his tour dates but you never know.

Spearhead puts on one of the best live shows ever. Michael Franti is so full of energy that it gets super-contagious.

couple of years ago in whistler at the snocore icicle ball. He was on the same bill as Saul Williams, Blackalicious, and Karl Denson. Everyone was good, but Franti and Spearhead totally stole the show.
