(val)Liam is an unknown quantity at this point
good demo size

I'm finally planning on mailing my music to a few labels just to see if I can gather some interest... how many tracks would be good for putting on a demo?

Digital Over will become famous soon enough
Usually 12-16 would be a good conservative amount....

Pretty much aim for a 80 minute demo.

Depending on the genre you spin the number of tracks can vary due to length of track and how long your mixes are.

PH1.ca is on a distinguished road
if its to showcase your production skills, send only your best stuff. Sending 12 tracks for the sake of sending 12 tracks makes you look as though your standards are lower. All it takes is 1 amazing track to get noticed, not 1 good track surrounded by 11 under-developed ones
