UK garage/breaks TRACK ID

Track probably came out 2000-2002

I don't even remember how the track goes really.. but I do remember the intro..

Male voice: "Hi, I'm Mark, and I'm white. I grew up in a predominantly white neighborhood, and have all white friends.. but when my white friends go to bed, I bump this.. " Or something similar to that..

And it goes into a garagey break.

Anyone ever heard that track before? I used to have the 12" but sold it and want it back!
