Open winamp, if you don't have it dl the free version here:

If you do have it.
Newest Version of Winamp --- (With winamp opened) Go to File -- Open URL -- then enter 205.250.163.116:8000 and press open

Old version of winamp --- (With winamp opened) Press CTRL and X at the same time -- enter 205.250.163.116:8000 press open
