ICLight: 18+ years spining house from NYC... nuff said!
Nicky Delgado: My latest fav! Plays at Belive (redroom/plush) I think this guy has amazing cerisma and conection with the crowed wich makes him a favorite and having ppl coming back for more! Travis Dunken: Played with him and Nicky last friday... he playes a large VARIETY of house and really knows how to warm a crowed up and work with any other dj's style. Nemanya: Just heard this guy play last night at TKL. One of the very few ive heard play more anthem top 40's house... and I love it :p Leanne: love that girl, always gets ppl shaken their booty. Nacy Kyd: Ive always wanted to here this girl play, but never had the chance to yet :( Andy Clockwork: Been playign in the vancouver scene for along time now! Love his tribel yet up beat track selction... he had good cerisma last time I saw him too :) Shift: Amazing talent at such a young age with a very ORIGINAL sound/style! Thomas Mezy: Cought my eye at groove 2. Has a sweet disco/funk style. Also brings alot to Vancouver since he spends alot of time in the club scene in Montreal. Hirshee: common now who doesnt love hirshee???? ps: and dave just to remind you... I too play HOUSE now ;)

^YES!!! We have ALOT of great house dj's in this city. Ive just mentiond some of my personal favs that I cant get enough of.
What makes Ollie Ple so special is his hard core digging for classic disco tracks. Makes you feel like your being taken back in the time of studio 54 :p

definately bringing a new feel to the tech house scene... a much needed overhaul if you ask me I used to run a deep house night at the Honey Lounge for about 10 months or so... got a demo in my signature if you wanted to give a listen... I'd love to play for a nice intimate house night again... makes a guy feel classy! haha Ollie Ple would be a good DJ to have play for you, as well as Hirshee... for the more upbeat funky house style that's about all I got for now!

Many will know what I'm on about. And really I suppose in order to promote all electronic music entering the mainstream (and catching up with the rest of the world - and don't even try and tell me that it is) we must start somewhere in this city; so house is the best answer, of course.
