"a mc can have the best lyrics the tightest flows but if he/she does not know how to work with a dj i.e. know when to shut up and let the music do the talking then its pointless them even being there IMO

The best mc i find are the one that are just that wee bit reserved,who as well as taking to the stage will hang behind the dj and actualy watch what hes doing,playing and where he is going with his set most of the time with good knowledge of the djs style"

pitty theres too many attention seeking wanabes hoging the lime light and giving MCs a bad rep!

you can put on a night without an MC
but you cant put on a night without music.

Realy I dont mind MCs, but only the good ones who actualy MC words and not non sence jiberish going on and on and on and on going "jungle soljas in da house boh boh boh balabla bla" and its NON STOP!!!

I dont so mind locals, but when I see an international DnB MC using the same lame shit... LIKE COMON!?!

One reason why I love alot of female MCs such as Illy and Kay is because they change their style through out the night, you can hear their lyrics... yeah they HAVE LYRICS! Where as alot of male MCs just spit there toung like a gun with out ever changing their tone/style depending on the track. I dont enjoy DnB shows anymore because the MC usualy trys turning it into a recuiting war zone then a place to enjoy and dance to music.
