were to record a quality demo?

anyone know a good place to go were I could record a mix CD?

At home on your computer.... Just use a program such as Sound Forge to record onto at a high quality rate. Simple as that.

^simple as that IF you have the hardware! not everybody does you know...

We have a DJ studio at Boomtown that is available for rent for recording or practice sessions. We're ina bit of a transitional period right now so it's not currently set up for recording, but everything should be back up & running in the space of 2 weeks, tops. Rates for a recording session should run somewhere around $15/hour. The studio will be equiped with 2 Technics 1200MK2's, a Pioneer DJM600 mixer, Tannoy Reveal monitors and a PC equiped with Soundforge for recording & editing.

PM me if you're interested and i'll give you the full lowdown...
