Kid Creme and Junior Jack basslines...

Why do almost all of their basslines sound the same? I mean, I know the new tune they just released on Antoine's label will be huge as it's KK and JJ, but come on...

Here... listen for yourself:

Eddie Thoneick remix

Original Mix

Those that play Disco House know what I'm talking about though... It sounds significantly the same.

I remember reading an interview with John'00'Flemming where he was talking about how he uses drum loops and other peoples kits, but simply inserts his own high hats, and remasters the bass lines to give it his own sound.

At the end of the day , all techno is recycled music.

thats cuz its is probably the same with minor changes, formulaic music making is what its all about for JJ. Bodyrockers has the same bassline tone hes always used with slight changes also. Would be nice to see the house producers takin a chance more often and breaking away from "this kinda song sells me x number of records"

Yep... I TOTALLY agree with you there.

Some of the original/personal production put out by Jask lately is insane. He has a new label of his own Thaisoul and the first release on that Kolai Crew - Take It Back is sick.
