Oh my god....soooooooo sick!!! 7/8 tracks are just solid content...this is gonna be such a hot item...just consistently sick all the way through I tell ya...even the breaks track on there is sick! ( Not Fasten your Seatbelts, we won't ever speak of that track ever again...) Pendulum's debut album couldn't of been any better...IMO. Big ups to Wood for hooking up the hot material!, that's what we call respect kids! haha.

yeah , its alright. i wanted it for girl in the fire aswell, its still bomb, just not nearly as good as it was hyped up to be.

i doubt it will be, it's not really a vip, it's a mashup of slam and another tune off the LP, tho i can't remember which one.

The other track is called "The Terminal"...when I first heard that I was like WTF? cuz before I have only heard Slam VIP on Andy's Essential mix...

I love how Pendulum frequently uses guitars in their production, whether its a distorted electric, or a clean steel string acoustic, or a Fender Bass....it just makes their material so much more original than other peoples, making their it their sound. Just simple little riffs just add to the overall composition...Rob and Gareth used to be a punk band before,even tho I just despise Punk music... it's still really cool how they incorporate their other skills into DnB, I think Rob sung on like 2 tracks on the LP too...I cant sing good enough to ever put myself in a track, haha.

Hey Kam, I should bring over my US Fender Strat and plug it into one of your crazy machines....too bad I haven't played it since like 1998...haha

Trust me i'm a big fan of Pendulum, but I give it a 6/10. Not really the 'pendulum, innovative, always trying new things' sound. Lots of, well, filler to be honest. Pretty good, but like a few of you I was expecting WAY more.

Overall, I was a little disappointed because I expect so much from Pendulum, but I think if my hopes weren't so high, I would have enjoyed it a little more.

Thier production is outstanding though. The use of space, sounds, and "bigness" of the tunes is almost unprecedented.

And yes, Rob did sing on a few of the tracks. He's done the vocals on a lot of thier tracks - Spiral being the most notable, and my favorite. They had a live PA of sorts before this as well, and hope to return to that in the near future.

I'm going to give it a 7/10 simply because Slam makes me go gaga. =)

I think the album is wicked......love the diversity of the tunes on there......What was everyone expecting, a whole album of "Another Planets?" The production on those tunes is lovely so i give it 2 thumbs up.

this LP definately lives up to the hype, i think its great, agreed on the 7/8 tracks, solid production, great feel, and i've disliked some of the bigger pendulum tunes in the past
