Kanye West-Late Registration

Wondering if any of you guys have heard the new Kan Weezy album yet and what you guys think of it. My personal opinion I give it a 4/5 as oppose to his debut album in which I gave a 5/5. Some reasons being College Dropout=lots of good appearances including Jigga, Twista, etc... Late Registration=not so much seeing Jigga only appears on the Diamonds remix and I thought he played out Jamie Foxx a lil too much havin him on like 4 tracks. Also the production doesn't compare in my mind to college dropout. Anywayz heres the tracklisting for those of you who don't got it. I'm not necessarily a Kanye hater, but I can't say I totally love him as well. There's something about his flow that can only make me be able to stand it for short period of time. His production is probably of a higher calibre than a lot of stuff out these days (as I have heard the album) but it's definitely not my favorite out there.

I don't exactly think hes the best as well but I gota give props when props is due! He is like one of a million who can constantly take 60's remix's and turn them into classics without being cheezy or repetitive. Also another thing that attracts me to his flow is that he can constantly go off about being cocky and spittin wut he feels by at the same time not claimin hes from the streets or a straight OG like every new rapper nowwdays who claim they are. KAnye=talent and tight lyrics without bein an actor! props on that!

i think this would have been a lot better if had come out the same time as college dropout as a double cd

on its own its not the greatest, but it still holds up as a good album. the collabs are still fresh, altho it would have been nice to see some talib on there.

3.5/5 for me

thats disgusting. stevie wonder and prince are both amazingly super talented musicians with world wide popularity, and a body of work that will stand the test of time...... as if kanyes "im gonna pull a puff daddy" aproach to creative expression compares with the work of artistic genious.

I wasn't directing it at you at all, sorry I should have clarified that. You did give a valid reason, it just seems others are doing it because it's the in thing to do.
