.dj domain registration (it's possible)

Okay so this morning I stumbled across a DJ website with the domain extension .DJ

I investigated further finding that it was the international country extension for Djibouti. Sadly finding a international registar isn't as easy. All leads point me back to two sites of which I can't understand and have yet to decipher any registration links.

Anyway, I'll leave you with where I left off. I have to get back to work and don't have anymore time to hunt further.

This one is in english but you pay for it... It uses a bunch of neat extenstions.

NEVERMIND - the .dj link doesn't even work :(
