VERY VERY fucking cool man. I hope you don't mind but i think i want to pimp out a pair of decks also. Very inspiring. I don't think i wanna invest any money into my MK2's but as soon as i grab MK3D's I'll brainstorm different ways to pimp my decks.
AIR BRUSHING! Ingenious! And all this time i thought vinyl stickers were the way to go! |

I did the blue led to a couple of tables of mine in the past with the chrome covers. Are they as bright as I said theyd be? They are like 5x brighter than the regular red LEDs which in the dark can be a little straining on the eyes.... The paint job is super sick dude! I bet it looks even better in person. Paint the mixer underneith of the faceplate too bro! That way you keep all the knob/dail setting volume numbers on the faceplate but get the flow from table to table. That would be a sick setup.. Next. Get the black and white Ortofon Qberts to match! DAMN sexy taht would be

they didnt turn out that bright - not blinding at all! i was kinda disappointed :( will definately be painting the mixer to match too; what do you mean by paint the faceplate underneath? i'm gonna paint the 600, but its got that shitty aluminum cover and u know how the existing markings rub off when you scratch around the xfader...only thing i'm worried about...i've already got the silver ortofons...but i think its time for an upgrade to the q-berts anyway :P |

You could make the sticker to cover the entire faceplate (cut out where necessary for knobs etc) and that would protect the paintjob... |
