Cheapest Place To Get Cds Made In Canada

In small batches .. what's your experience?
I could do them myself .. burn and buy labels .. etc

i'm quite apt @ printing & stationary... but i would like to be able to order a small batch without taxing my computer and making it an arts +kraft day.
I asked the printing house (vancouver) and their prices are stoopid high. for 50 cds (25 of 2 kinds) they want $300. and I'd supply the burnt CDs already -- they just print cases, labels and shrink wrap them.
that's like 6$ a disk for .. window dressing... absolutely mind boggling stupid expensive.

i know a place that is cheaper in halifax, but that's shipping disks literally from coast to coast.
there's got to be a better way... :)

I have a guy that can image CD's and pack them in sleeves or jewelcases and shrinkwrap them if you want and costs less than $3 a CD depending on how what options you pick.

never used them myself, but recently heard a good review. very cheap for duplication!

I used http://www.whitecoastmedia.com/ when I did my demo CDs... not the cheapest, but Adrian, the guy that runs the shop, was VERY attentive and helpful, quick to get back to me, and helped me get them done right. That was worth the extra $0.02 per CD or whatever... he only does MANUFACTURING though, not duplication, so don't bother if you don't want at least 500 CDs.
