As much as Im all for all styles. And dont get me wrong, I love DnB. Why would you change? You seemed to like your stuff you were spinning with alot of passion! Dont change because others like it. Stick with what YOU like.

If I had listened to what others thought, I would have been spinning funky breaks or something! Nothing wrong with that. I love FunkyBreaks and I do spin some. But I still love my style as is!

I'm all for dj's changing it up from time to time or broadening their horizons. I know a lot of people who started out playing hard house, and THANK GOD have moved on to other things.

of course i can't, i didnt even know anything about trance before i started.

well i didnt actually officially switch. but im still a noob and there is still room for change. I did my trance thing, did my hardstyle thing, so im just keeping my options open. trying out different things. well if anyone can help me, like teach me how to mix this stuff, it would be a great help. So yup...

and i didnt switch cuz of what people said, it was a personal choice, ill see how it goes with DnB. I love the music, lets see if i can spin it.

Unfortunately DnB isn't the only genre that suffers the same attitude...they ALL do, and it's really sad. As long as you can keep the crowd wanting more, it shouldn't matter how much (or little) you know about the music you're playing.
