Realtime effects through Line-In?

Is there any programs out there that can add reverb, delay, flange etc to the signal coming in through the line-in realtime and push it out the speakers?

what are you trying to do... are you using a program... if so what one???

if youre using winamp, go 'open url' linein:// and run some efx plugins through that shizzzz

Ableton Live is all over what you're asking for.

The only thing to worry about is latency - if you're using an onboard soundcard, google for "asio4all", it'll probably help you a lot.
