been a fan of Death from Above 1979 and the mstrkrft remixes that have been floating around and the album does not disapoint.

The LP is rather less than the remixes they have done I feel.
From the LP, 'Paris' is excellent.

Bloc Party - Two More Years (MSTRKRFT mix)
Death From Above 1979 - Little Girl (MSTRKRFT Edition)

those two tracks are what I would have hoped to hear more of on the LP. Harder edged.

I agree with you on the LP (for the most part) not holding up vs some of the remixes out there. But despite that, the tunes are still very effective and get the job done on the dancefloor.

Looking forward to hearing more!

They used to play smaller shows around Van all the time...before the whole 1979 add ..and you could just sit with them behind the looming merch tables and hang and talk..
Im looking forward to this release..
