Pendulum & Fresh's Tarantula lyrics ripped off?

I found alot of the same verses in Andy C v Fresh's mix of Mo' Fire...

can any dnb know-it-all clear it up for me?

Actually I do believe that is true.

Some DnB Guy here in Toronto was telling me something about that the Lyrics were from Mo' Fire. But I'd also consumed a lot of Beer that night and we didn't have Mo' Fire on 12" to test the theory.

mo fire came first. two other tracks were written "black tarantula" and "serial killer" or something like that. they combined a lot of all three for the released version of tarantula

oh and by the way, the bad co, fresh and dillinja mixes of mo fire were actually the secondary versions of that track. the first one was released 8 months earlier thru nu urban on a white label. not quite as well produced obviously, but thats why the other mixes were done later.
